Synopsis:
In Los Angeles’ underground racing scene, two shadows move like ghosts, Jacob and Cody. They don’t race for glory, and they don’t play by the rules. One by one, they take down the city’s most reckless street racers, but their motives remain a mystery.

Their silent war shakes the underground. When the racing syndicate strikes back, the brothers answer with the same criminal precision they once tried to leave behind.
